Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of blapin.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use blapin.com.
What blapin.com does
blapin.com helps users discover podcasts, save favorites, generate summaries from public audio files, read generated insights, and ask questions about podcast content. The platform follows user instructions and provides tools for personal discovery, productivity, and learning.
blapin.com is not a podcast publisher, owner, distributor, or rights holder for third-party podcast content unless expressly stated otherwise.
Podcast rights and ownership
All copyrights, neighboring rights, trademarks, publicity rights, moral rights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in podcasts, audio, artwork, titles, show notes, feeds, transcripts, and related materials remain with their respective authors, publishers, platforms, and rights holders.
blapin.com does not claim ownership of third-party podcasts or the underlying source material. Summaries, recommendations, or AI-generated outputs do not transfer or reduce the rights of podcast authors or rights holders.
No piracy or harmful use
blapin.com and its team do not condone piracy, unauthorized copying, unauthorized redistribution, bypassing paywalls or access controls, scraping that violates applicable rules, or any use that may harm podcast authors, publishers, rights holders, platforms, or listeners.
You must only submit, request, or process content that you are legally allowed to access and use. You must not use blapin.com to infringe intellectual property rights, violate platform terms, misrepresent ownership, or create substitute products that unfairly replace the original podcast experience.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the links, files, prompts, instructions, messages, feedback, and other content you submit.
- You must comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, podcast platform rules, and these terms.
- You must not use blapin.com for illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harmful, automated, or security-compromising activity.
- You must not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, bypass usage limits, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- You must review AI-generated summaries and outputs before relying on them or sharing them.
AI-generated summaries and outputs
Summaries and other outputs generated through blapin.com may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that differ from the original podcast. They are provided for convenience and informational use, not as a replacement for the original work or as professional advice.
Where output is based on third-party podcast content, you should treat it as a derivative, informational aid subject to the rights and interests of the original authors and rights holders.
Accounts, credits, and payments
Some features may require an account, credits, subscription, or payment. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Prices, credit packages, feature availability, and usage limits may change. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, purchases may be non-refundable once consumed or delivered.

If you are a podcast author, publisher, platform, or rights holder and believe that activity on blapin.com infringes your rights or harms your legitimate interests, contact the blapin.com team with identifying details, proof of rights, the affected content, and the action requested. We may remove, restrict, disable, or review content or features where appropriate.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or remove parts of blapin.com at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every source, feed, file, or device.
Third-party services and content
blapin.com may link to, display, process, or rely on third-party websites, podcast platforms, feeds, audio sources, AI providers, payment providers, hosting services, or other services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or practices.
